Account Deletion Request
Users of the Mudrabase mobile application can request deletion of their account and all associated personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data rights are respected.
How to Request Account Deletion
Follow these steps to delete your account:
- Send an email to support@mudrabase.in
- Use your registered email address or phone number
- Include "Account Deletion Request – Mudrabase" in the subject line
- Provide your account details (email or phone number) in the email body
Important: Please ensure you send the request from your registered email address or include your registered phone number for verification purposes.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your account deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- User account information – Your complete account profile
- Email address – Your registered email
- Phone number – Your registered mobile number
- Profile and usage data – All data associated with your account activity
Data Retention & Processing Time
Processing Timeline: Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 working days of receiving your deletion request.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
Legal Compliance: Some data may be retained if required to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting obligations. This includes data necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or as mandated by applicable laws.
